–from few to no sexual thoughts or fantasies.

–disinterest in initiating or continuing sex.

–difficulty in getting pleasure from sex

–lack of pleasurable sensations after stimulating the genitals.

 

2. AROUSAL DISORDER – Arousal Disorder is generally the inability to become physically aroused and excited during sexual activities.

 

3. ORGASM DISORDER – Orgasm Disorder the the dealy and absence of orgasm during intercourse.

 

4. PAIN DISORDER – Pain Disorder is the experience of pain during intercourse.

Sexual dysfunction can affect people of any age. This is more common in those over 40 years of age because it is often related to a decline in health associated with aging.

These conditions include diabetes, heart disorders, neurological disorders, chronic diseases , hormonal imbalances and alcoholism and drug abuse.

 

The side effects of some medications, including some antidepressant drugs, can affect sexual function.

–PSYCHOLOGICAL CAUSES : Psychological causes include work related stress and anxiety, concern about sexual performance, depression, marital or relationship problems,concerns about body image, feelings of guilt and the effects of a past sexual trauma.

A vacuum device can also be used for women which can cost a bit expensive. Dilators may help women experiencing narrowing of the vagina.
