Sex and it’s types

                      HELLO EVERYONE

This is KREENA JAIN and I welcome you all to my first blog.

As we have been growing up we all know that SEX which is a pleasurable activity is practiced by many people.

But did you know that there exist its types too?

If NO then here’s what you need to know and if YES then I am sure you will know more about it by the end of this blog.

Here’s presenting my first blog to you all.

In today’s blog, we shall know about Sex and its types.

              SEX AND

              ITS TYPES

SEX or SEXUAL INTERCOURSE is a process in which the male reproductive organ enters the female reproductive organ for SEXUAL PLEASURE, REPRODUCTION, or both. It is also known as COITUS or COPULATION.

To fulfill the process of SEXUAL INTERCOURSE certain body adaptations are necessary. In the human male, the PENIS serves in the function of reproduction.

During intercourse, the blood flow is temporarily increased and trapped in the penis and hence it enlarges. This enlargement changes the normal soft organ to a larger size for easier penetration into the reproductive tract of the female.

During this process, the male expels semen which contains the sperm cells. If the reproductive act is complete the sperm cells are passed from the male body into the female body. This further leads to fertilizing the female’s egg and forming a new organism in the UTERUS or the WOMB of a mother.

 TYPES OF

SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

          1.VAGINAL SEX

Many types of sex involve the vagina but VAGINAL SEX is the process where a PENIS is inserted in the VAGINA. It is also known as VAGINAL PENETRATIVE SEX or PENIS-IN-VAGINA SEX.

This type of sex can lead to PREGNANCY if proper contraception is not used.

The movement during Vaginal Sex provides stimulation to the penis and many people reach orgasm. Though there are different ways for different people to reach ORGASM.

Vaginal sex can make the partners feel good only if it is practiced with the CONSENT of both the partners. Otherwise, it could be PAINFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE.

Movies and PORNOGRAPHY display a very unrealistic idea of SEX and INTIMACY.
Every person has it’s own way of enjoying Sex. For some, it could be very GENTLE while for others it could be PASSIONATE AND ADVENTUROUS.

             2. ORAL SEX

Oral sex is when a person STIMULATES the partner’s GENITALS with their mouth or tongue. This involves sucking or licking their PENIS, VAGINA, VULVA, or ANUS.

Oral sex is normal only if both partners truly enjoy the process. There is no risk of getting PREGNANT through ORAL SEX but it includes a high risk of SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES (STIs).

The most common STIs include:

1. SYPHILIS

2. HEPATITIS A, HEPATITIS B, HEPATITIS C

3. HIV

4. PUBIC LICE

The risk is generally higher for the giver than the receiver. The risk is also higher if the person has cuts or ulcers in the mouth.
If a person thinks that he or she might have STIs then they should visit a GP (General Practitioner) for getting themselves checked.

ORAL SEX can be made safer if a CONDOM is used.CONDOMS avoid STIs as well as enhance the enjoyment of the process. Various flavors of condoms can be used if a person does not like the regular ones.

                     3. ANAL SEX

ANAL SEX is usually when a man’s penis enters the ANUS. It also includes using FINGERS or SEX TOYS in the anus for sexual pleasure.

Anybody can enjoy anal sex, whether they are a man, woman, gay, bisexual, lesbian, or straight. Although gay men enjoy it more.

During Anal Sex pleasure is experienced through stimulation of the Anal Nerve Endings and orgasm too can be achieved by this process.

ANAL SEX can sometimes be painful due to psychological factors and even when it is done forcefully or without consent.

The risk factor for contracting STIs is the highest during Anal Sex because of the exposure to the ANUS and RECTUM. The tissues present at the anus and rectum are very delicate which do not provide smoothness as the vagina does. This may result in the tearing of the tissues and transmission of the disease.

Anal sex without the protection of a condom is considered the riskiest and therefore the World Health Organization recommends safe sex practices, especially for anal sex.

4.FINGERING OR HAND JOBS

FINGERING is when a person touches the partner’s vulva with their hands.
HAND JOB means stroking a penis with the hand.

The pleasure received from Fingering and Blow Jobs depends on what one’s partner enjoys the most. Some enjoy when a finger is inserted inside the vagina while some find pleasure when the clitoris is rubbed or stroked. Some may find pleasure in both which is fine.

Though there is no risk of PREGNANCY through fingering and hand jobs if a person’s dirty hands touch the partner’s genetic areas then it may lead to transmission of germs.

The chances of STIs are too low during this process but washing one’s hands before and after Fingering or Hand Jobs is always recommended.

                    5.MASTURBATION

MASTURBATION, also known as SELF PLEASURE is touching and rubbing parts of our own body for sexual pleasure. These parts include PENIS, CLITORIS, VAGINA, BREASTS, etc.

Masturbation generally means exploring one’s own body, but can also happen between two people (mutual masturbation). This happens only with the consent of both the people.

MASTURBATING IS NORMAL AND HEALTHY.MOST PEOPLE AVOID TALKING ABOUT IT BUT ALMOST EVERYBODY DOES IT.

MASTURBATING is a behavior seen at all ages from childhood to teenage to adulthood by people of any gender.

It proves helpful as it helps in exploring and recognizing what for ourselves feels SEXUALLY GOOD because ONLY WHEN A PERSON IS FAMILIAR WITH THEIR SEXUAL PLEASURES ONLY THEN CAN THEY BEST DESCRIBE THEIR WANTS TO THEIR PARTNERS.

Masturbation helps in RELAXATION and BETTER SLEEP. It also enhances mental WELLBEING and SELF ESTEEM.

Here were the 5 main types of sex.

Did you know about these before?

We all always consider SEX as PLEASURABLE and HAPPENING. Although however exciting it is, It is always important to consider the CONSENT of the partner.
CONSENT is the most important part of SEX.

Until then ask yourself,
HAVE YOU FOUND OUT WHICH TYPE OF SEX EXCITES AND PLEASES YOU THE MOST?

“Also,

JUST AS WANTING SEX IS NORMAL SO IS NOT WANTING SEX . “
